  • It is safest to place the products in a suitable box, together with protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam.
  • The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender.
  • We cannot accept products that are damaged, used, destroyed or in a similar condition.
  • When returning the product, we ask you to inform us of the reason for the return.
