Product Description

A PRACTICAL AND EASY-TO-USE ELECTRIC STOVE.

Just like in professional pizza ovens, the temperature reaches 400°C in just a few minutes. From now on, you can enjoy making lahmacun, pide, pizza, gözleme, bazlama, roasted chestnuts, künefe, tandır bread, poğaça, cookies, skillet dishes, stir-fries, sautéed meats, and fried foods with great pleasure.

Since our stone oven features grates on both the top and bottom, it functions like a traditional clay oven. By evenly distributing heat from both the top and bottom at the same time, it cooks your food “quickly” to your desired consistency. It’s a must-have for every home—right at your fingertips, in a corner of your kitchen.

KADOLAND PIZZA OVEN USER MANUAL AND TIPS

Preheating

Always bake the pizza preheat for 10 minutes with the lid closed and on setting 4 .

After preheating, sprinkle a little cornmeal on the stone before starting to bake. The cornmeal prevents the dough from sticking to the stone.

Note: Do not use
flour. This will cause the bottom of the pizza to burn.

Baking stone

Every time you use a pizza oven, the baking stone will change color over time. This is inevitable and usually isn’t a problem.

The oils, spices, and seasonings used can intensify this color change. Therefore, care should be taken to ensure that excess oil and other similar substances do not come into contact with the stone.

It is recommended to occasionally move the bottom of the pizza with a spatula while it is baking.

Important:
Do not allow sauce, cheese, or other toppings on the pizza to drip onto the stone.

Upper and lower heat can be adjusted separately

Once you’ve preheated the oven and sprinkled cornmeal on the baking sheet, you can start baking.

When placing the ingredients on the dough, leave a gap of about 1 cm . This prevents the ingredients from falling off the stone.

Settings

  • Left button: top heating
  • Right button: bottom heating

This way, the top or bottom of the pizza can be cooked more or less.

The most important feature of this pizza oven is that the top and bottom heat can be adjusted separately to prevent burning or undercooking.

As with any oven, it’s important to monitor the baking process to achieve the best results.

Maintenance

1. Cooling

Before cleaning the oven, wait for it to cool completely and unplug it from the outlet.

2. Cleaning

You can clean the outer surface with water and a sponge.

Clean the baking stone only with a damp cloth, or scrape off food residue with a spatula.

3. Additional maintenance

It requires no other maintenance.

4. Color change in the stone

Over time, the stone will darken. This is one of the characteristics of natural stone.

5. Important notice

Do not use cleaning products on stone. Due to its porous structure, it can absorb the taste and smell of cleaning agents.

Do not pour cold water on a hot stone. Sudden temperature changes can cause the stone to crack.

Mmm, bring on the crispy pizzas and lahmacuns!
