There are white spots on my dishes. What should I do?
We recommend using machine salt. If using machine salt isn’t enough, you can add a small amount of limescale remover (lemon salt) to your machine’s detergent compartment in addition to the detergent.
Why do my dishes become dull?
Scale buildup is usually caused by hard water, so we recommend adding 1 teaspoon of descaling agent (citric acid) to the detergent compartment in addition to your detergent when doing laundry.
There's foam left in my machine after the wash cycle. Why is that?
If your dishes aren’t dirty enough, you may be using too much detergent. We recommend placing the dishes in the machine after simply removing any large food particles, without rinsing them first. If there are only a few dishes in the machine, you can also use a smaller amount of detergent.
- You may return any product you have purchased within 10 days.
- Make sure to pack the product securely before sending it to the courier.
- It is safest to place the products in a suitable box, along with protective materials such as bubble wrap or foam.
- The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the sender.
- We cannot accept products that are damaged, used, destroyed, or in a similar condition.
