My laundry didn't come out clean. Why?

This issue is usually caused by overloading the machine, washing at a low temperature, or using an insufficient amount of detergent for heavily soiled laundry. The recommended amount for our product is 40 grams; for larger loads or heavily soiled laundry, we recommend using 80 grams.

The laundry came out stiff. Why?

Our detergent does not cause clothes to feel stiff. Stiffness may be caused by hard water. For extra softness, we recommend adding a little white vinegar to the fabric softener compartment of your washing machine.
